pxld ("we", "us") runs pxld.design. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site or work with us, what we do with it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, business name, email, and anything else you choose to send: phone, website, the package you're interested in, and your message.
- Demo bookings. When you book through our Cal.com calendar, Cal.com collects your name, email, the time you picked and any notes you add, and shares them with us.
- Payments. Deposits and care plans are paid through Stripe Checkout. Stripe handles your card details. We never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email, billing details, what you bought and the payment status.
- Analytics, only if you accept. If you click Accept on the cookie card, we load an analytics tool that records pages visited, rough location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived. If you decline or ignore the card, no analytics load.
- Server logs. Like any website, our server briefly logs IP addresses and requests to keep the site secure and working. We also rate-limit form submissions by IP address to stop spam.
How we use it
- To reply to you, schedule your demo, and build and support your website.
- To send receipts, invoices and messages about your project or care plan.
- To understand which pages are useful, if you've allowed analytics.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Cookies
The site works without cookies. We store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again. Analytics cookies are set only after you click Accept. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. The Cal.com booking calendar embedded on our contact page sets its own cookies when that page loads, and Stripe Checkout sets its own cookies when you pay. Both are needed for those services to work and are covered by their own privacy policies.
Who we share it with
- Resend delivers our email, including contact-form messages and auto-replies.
- Stripe processes payments and subscriptions.
- Cal.com runs demo booking.
- Our analytics provider (Google Analytics 4 or Plausible), only if you accept analytics.
- Our hosting provider, which runs the server this site lives on.
Each of these services handles your information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Messages and booking details from people who don't become clients: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records, invoices and payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, generally 7 years.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@pxld.design and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're a California resident, you have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and we won't treat you differently for using them.
Children
pxld is a business service and isn't directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
