Either way, work starts when the first payment clears. Any balance is invoiced when the site is ready, due within 7 days. Signature has two: 25% at design approval (you sign off on the staging link) and 25% when the site is ready to launch. Go-live happens after the last one is paid.
Refunds. Payments are fully refundable before design work begins. After that, the first payment is non-refundable. If you paid in full, any portion for work not yet delivered is refunded if we cancel or can't deliver.
Care plans bill monthly through Stripe. Cancel anytime from the customer portal or any invoice.
Revisions policy.
A revision is a change to something already in scope: wording, images, colors, order of sections, spacing, a different photo crop.
New scope is anything that wasn't in the package: a new page, a new feature, an integration, or a full change of direction after design approval. We quote it before doing it.
Rounds by package. Launch: 2 rounds of up to 10 itemized changes. Growth: 3 rounds of up to 15. Signature: unlimited rounds within the timeline.
How to submit. Send one consolidated list per round. On Launch and Growth, each itemized change counts toward the round's limit.
Turnaround is 2-3 business days per round on Launch and Growth, and 2 business days on Signature.
Extra rounds on Launch and Growth are $150 each.
